What are your fitness goals for this week!
Whatever a Sistas goals are for losing weight, increasing endurance or losing extra pounds, it's important to tailor your workout to fit your goals. It sounds easier said then done, but everyone begins a fitness program finds that they are more able to stay on track by simply writing down daily goals to reach their objectives. Take a good look at your goals to make sure that, a) they're realistic, and b) you know exactly how to reach them. Keep positive people around you and stay positive yourself. You will get better results from this both physically and mentally. Now let's Keep It Moving!
